Rite of Passage Program This new program will add to Project Angel's continuing journey of uplifting and edifying all of God's people through community service intervention. Project Angel's intent, with the creation of the Rite of Passage Mentoring Program, is to impact the rates of incarceration recidivism among juvenile offenders by using a tested and accepted behavioral adjustment approach to promote a positive community adjustment after detention. Our Prison outreach team visits the prisons to conduct protestant worship services, and provide pastoral counseling. This creates for us the opportunity to speak to the men and women and establish the rapport necessary for us to be of assistance in their three-fold reconciliation: to God, their families, and to society. Project Angel's prison ministry visits Otisville and Woodbourne correctional facilities in upstate New York, and we also minister at the Spofford (Bridges) youth detention center, as well as the Brook Avenue (Horizon) juvenile detention center (both are in the Bronx, New York).

Summer Camp Project Angel, Inc. has been providing camp for children from the ages of 5-15, in a Christian- based environment, since 1991. We hold our summer camp program at Camp Deer Park, located in the picturesque Westbrookville area, about 20 miles south of Monticello, New York. It is owned and operated by the Mennonite Churches of New York City.
Christmas Program Our annual Christmas program is in association with Prison Fellowship. It is an event where we solicit gifts from the community, so that we might present them to the children, in the name of the parent who is incarcerated, in hope that family ties can be maintained.
